Cancel My Peekviewer Subscription Right Away

I have been using a monthly Peekviewer subscription since 14 April and I recently received an email stating that my auto‑renewal will be charged at £227. I do not wish to continue the service and want to cancel before any new payment is taken. Yesterday I tried to contact Peekviewer support both via email and through the contact form on your website in order to cancel my subscription and stop the auto‑renewal. However, my attempts failed; the email returned a “mail delivery failed” bounce message and the contact form produced an error, so I have not been able to reach you through your official channels. My payment ID is 1120000006395492417. I request the immediate cancellation of my Peekviewer monthly subscription and the deactivation of any auto‑renewal associated with this payment ID, before any further charges are made, and I would like written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.
