Peekviewer Refund Denied By Billing Manager
I purchased a Peekviewer Elite subscription on 22 December 2026 and was first charged 15,936.99 ₹ via my VISA debit card. Shortly after that, a second charge of 26,561.99 ₹ was made for the same Elite subscription, which was an accidental purchase. As a result, I was charged twice for this service. I contacted Peekviewer billing support and explained the situation to Billing Manager Alexa Garcia, clearly stating that the second payment was accidental and requesting a refund for that charge. She denied my refund request, and after I replied immediately to explain further, she stopped responding and did not provide any additional support or solution. I request that Peekviewer refund these amounts, preferably a full refund of both charges. If a full refund is not possible, I at least expect a refund of the second, accidental purchase of 26,561.99 ₹ and for this issue to be resolved promptly.
