PDFSmart Unauthorized Auto Renewal Charge
On 24 March 2026, I was charged 49.99 GBP via bank card on the PDF Smart website for an auto-renewal of my subscription that I did not knowingly authorize or consent to. After noticing this unexpected charge, I contacted PDF Smart support and requested that the payment be reversed. However, I was informed that they could not issue a refund, which I find unacceptable given that I did not intend to continue the subscription. I kindly request a full refund of the 49.99 GBP and the cancellation of any future automatic renewals linked to this subscription, along with written confirmation once this has been resolved.
