Peakviewer Pro Took Annual Payment Immediately, Ignored Refund Requests

On November 17, 2025, I purchased Peakviewer Pro through peekviewer.com using my credit card and paid $299.99. Without using the product at all, I immediately requested a refund after realizing that it did not meet any of the features promised in the advertisements. However, my refund request was rejected on the grounds that I did not meet the refund conditions, and to this day, no refund has been issued.

At the time of purchase, it was stated that there was a one-month trial period and that a refund could be requested within 14 days. However, a full 12-month fee was charged immediately after payment, and during the refund process, I was only directed to a support email address. Despite emailing the support team multiple times, I have received no response at all. There is also no other customer service contact channel available on the website.

I have seen that other users online have reported similar complaints and have experienced the same issue. I request that my payment be refunded as soon as possible.
