Peekviewer Refused Refund After Accidental Subscription Despite 14-Day Policy
Three days ago, a Peekviewer membership was activated by mistake by my younger sibling. My credit card is saved to my iCloud account, so the payment was charged automatically. According to the information shown for first-time subscribers, it clearly states that a refund is possible within 14 days. I explained this situation and stated that the subscription was created accidentally, but my refund request was still denied.
If refunds are truly not going to be issued, then why does the company state that refunds can be made within 14 days for any reason? An amount of $207 was taken from my card, and despite clearly explaining the situation, my money has not been refunded.
