Peekviewer Pro Refund Delayed Despite 14-Day Promise
On October 29, 2025, I purchased a Peekviewer Pro membership using my credit card. However, I canceled the membership and requested a refund on the same day. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 14 days, but despite a significant amount of time passing, the $221 charged to my card has still not been refunded.
Even though I tried to contact the support team multiple times and was told that communication must be done via Gmail, I have not received any response at all, and no one has followed up on my refund request. My membership was canceled, but the amount I paid was never returned to me.
I request that my payment be refunded as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear and transparent explanation regarding this delay.
