Pedigree Dog Treats Arrived Spoiled and Infested With Insects

I ordered an 85 g package of Pedigree dog treats from Amazon approximately ten days ago. When I opened the product today, I discovered that the treats were infested with insects and completely spoiled. It is unacceptable for a product purchased for my pet to arrive in this condition and be unsafe and unfit for consumption.

I paid approximately $11 for this order. I consider sending a spoiled and infested product to a customer to be both a serious health and safety concern and a major lack of respect for the customer. I have not yet been able to speak with Amazon customer service. Photos of the spoiled product have been attached to my complaint.

I request that the spoiled and insect-infested Pedigree dog treats be urgently replaced with a new, undamaged product that is within its expiration date and in proper condition.
