Pedigree Dog Treats From Local Market Consistently Stale

I have purchased Pedigree’s mixed-variety dog treat biscuits several times at different times. Each time, the biscuits were stale and my dog refused to eat them. However, when I received the same biscuits as a gift from another company, my dog ate them happily because they were fresh. This makes me think that the products I bought from the market were not fresh, or that old biscuits may have been repackaged. I didn’t notice any date alterations on the packaging, but the fact that the product is consistently stale is concerning.
I am not filing this complaint to request a refund; I want Pedigree to urgently address this issue and ensure proper quality control so their products remain fresh. For my dog’s health and well-being, I expect fresh, properly stored products.
