I signed up for PDF Smart with a one-week trial membership, expecting it to be a simple test of their services. After the trial ended, I was shocked to find that ₺1200 was withdrawn from my account without my approval. I never consented to this charge and immediately contacted customer support to request a refund. Instead of addressing my concern, their response was dismissive, saying they would be “happy” to cancel my membership but completely ignoring my refund request.
This experience highlights not only a lack of transparency in how PDF Smart handles trial memberships but also extremely poor customer service and corporate culture. To make matters worse, even during the trial period, the service itself was far from useful and did not meet expectations.
I am formally demanding that PDF Smart return the unauthorized ₺1200 charged to my account and ensure my membership is fully canceled. Companies that operate in this way mislead users, and I expect them to resolve this issue promptly before I escalate it further.
