If PDFSmart charged you after your free trial ended and you want to recover the payment;

Check your subscription status first;

• Go to → Account / Billing / Subscription
• Note:
– Subscription type
– Billing date
– Charged amount
• Screenshot the subscription details

Cancel the subscription immediately;

• Go to Account → Cancel subscription
• Ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation email
• Screenshot confirmation

Contact PDFSmart Support quickly;

• Explain:
– You were charged after the free trial
– You want a refund

• Provide:
– Account email
– Charged amount
– Transaction date
– Screenshot of charge
– Screenshot of subscription status

• Ask them to:
– Confirm cancellation
– Refund the recent charge

If they refuse or ignore you;
