I Face Unauthorized ₺2200 Charge From Pdfe.com After Trial Subscription Ended

On August 7, 2025, I signed up for a ₺45 trial version of the PDF converter service on Pdfe.com. The trial was supposed to last until August 14, 2025. I did not save my card details on their platform, nor did I give any authorization to continue with a paid subscription. Despite this, on August 15, 2025, I discovered that ₺2200 was withdrawn from my İş Bank credit card for a one-month subscription without my approval.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I never received any reminder or notification email before the trial ended. When I noticed the unauthorized charge, I immediately submitted a refund request using the email address linked to my account (m*@gmail.com**) through the site’s contact section. Unfortunately, I received a negative response by email. The invoice number for this transaction is pdfe/2025-10578. I then canceled my subscription immediately.
This was the first time I encountered such an issue, and it has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. I am demanding that Pdfe.com refund the unauthorized ₺2200 charge and confirm that no further billing will occur without my explicit consent. Companies must not mislead users with hidden charges or ignore refund requests.

I have not been contacted yet.

I see that refunds have been issued to other users in the same situation. I also request a refund.
