I Face Unauthorized ₺241 Charge From PDFSimpli After ₺19.99 Payment

On October 15, I used PDFSimpli and paid ₺19.99 for what was supposed to be a simple, one-time service. I did not agree to any ongoing subscription or future payments. However, on November 11, I discovered that an additional ₺241 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval.

This charge was made entirely outside of my consent. I never received any clear notification, confirmation request, or explanation for why this amount was taken. Beyond the financial loss, I now have serious concerns about the security of my card information, since PDFSimpli processed this transaction without explicit authorization.

I demand the immediate refund of the ₺241 that was wrongfully charged and confirmation that my card details will not be misused again. If the company does not resolve this issue promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights. Unauthorized billing practices like this are unacceptable, and I expect PDFSimpli to take responsibility.
