I initially used PDF Guru for a simple one-time service that cost me ₺30. I paid the amount and completed my transaction, thinking that was the end of it. However, to my shock, about one to two weeks later, an additional ₺2000 was withdrawn from my account without any explanation or consent. I never signed up for any subscription, nor did I authorize PDF Guru to keep my card information for future charges.
It makes no sense that a company can take such a large sum from my account weeks after a small single-use payment. This practice feels misleading and highly unethical, and I cannot understand how they are allowed to process payments in this way without proper approval.
I am demanding an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺2000 that was taken from my account and confirmation that my card details will be removed permanently. PDF Guru must resolve this issue quickly and return my money to my bank account without any delay.
