On October 9, I registered on a website called Pdffiller using the email address t***@gmail.com and started a one-month free trial. I completed my work the same day and canceled my subscription. However, today, on November 18, I saw that approximately $138 was withdrawn from my Enpara bank account without my authorization. Even though I canceled my subscription on the same day, my membership was apparently renewed and the entire amount was charged from my account. The transaction number for this payment is 334676. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I urgently request a full refund. I expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
