PDFfiller charged my card after “free trial”, how can I get a refund?

If PDFfiller charged your card after the “free trial” and you want a refund;

Check your subscription status first;

• Log in → Account → Billing / Subscription
• Confirm:
– Plan type
– Trial end date
– Auto-renew status
• Screenshot subscription page

Check your payment history;

• Review your bank/card statement
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the transaction

Verify trial terms;

• Check the free trial length and auto-renew details in PDFfiller’s policy
• Note any notice requirements for cancellation

Cancel auto-renew immediately;

• In Subscription settings → Turn off auto-renew
• Confirm cancellation email (if sent)
• Screenshot confirmation

Check email (including Spam);

• Search for:
– “Trial started”
– “Renewal notice”
– “Subscription confirmation”
• Screenshot relevant emails

Contact PDFfiller Support;

• Explain you were charged after the free trial
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (subscription + bank)

• Ask them to:
– Refund the charge
– Confirm cancellation in writing
