On November 14, 2025, $51 was withdrawn from my Enpara Bank account by Pdfguru without my knowledge or approval. Previously, I had only purchased a one-week plan, and I never requested any subscription renewal or extension. Despite this, Pdfguru started a subscription without my consent and charged my account.
The original payment was made on my computer, and my membership was registered under the email b*****@gmail.com**. Even though I canceled the subscription, no refund was issued. I also contacted customer support, but they did not provide any solution. Additionally, the website does not use a 3D Secure payment system, which makes unauthorized charges easier.
I am requesting that this amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
