Used Pdfe.com Once, Got Hit With Hidden Charge

On October 10, 2025, I used the pdfe.com website from my iOS device to perform a PDF conversion. Even though I did not sign up for any membership or make any payment, 2,440.00 TL was withdrawn from my Garanti BBVA Paracard account without my knowledge. I did not receive any confirmation, SMS, email, or invoice regarding this transaction.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Garanti BBVA customer service, had my card canceled, and filed a transaction dispute. I also attempted to reach pdfe.com customer support, but I could not get through in any way.

I request that the withdrawn amount be refunded to me.
