Pdfe.com Saved My Card Without Permission and Charged Monthly — Demanding Full Refund

On September 4, 2025, I purchased a one-time PDF conversion service from pdfe.com and made the payment using my VakıfBank credit card. I did not start any subscription afterward, I did not give consent, and I was not informed about any automatic renewal.

However, on September 11, 2025 (payment/invoice no: 2471018) 2,200 TL, and again on October 11, 2025 (payment/invoice no: 2471018) another 2,200 TL were withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or approval. I only intended to use a single service; despite this, a monthly subscription was created without my consent, my card information was stored without my permission, and money was withdrawn every month.

At no point during or after the payment was I shown any subscription, automatic renewal notice, or related confirmation screen. In addition, the pdfe.com website does not provide any customer service contact number or support channel, which further increased my frustration. I had no way of contacting the company.

My requests are: the immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription, a full refund of the total 4,400 TL, the complete deletion of my card details and personal data from their system, and written confirmation of these actions.

I believe this situation is entirely unauthorized, misleading, and unlawful. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
