Pdfe.com Unauthorized Charge - Money Withdrawn From My Account

On November 17, 2025, I discovered that 2,440 ₺ had been withdrawn from my account by a website called pdfe.com, even though I had never given any approval or created any subscription. I noticed this while checking my account activity, and I have never provided this site with any membership, authorization, or instruction. As soon as I realized the situation, I filed a dispute through the bank. I have been put in a difficult position because this amount was taken from my account without any permission. I request that the unjustly withdrawn 2,440 ₺ be refunded to my account as soon as possible, that I be informed of how this transaction occurred, and that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent such an issue from happening again.
