Pdfe.com Charged After Free Trial — No Notification, No Support
I used a one-time free trial on Pdfe.com to perform a single action. Afterwards, without any notification, I noticed that 2,440 TL was withdrawn from my bank account on November 14, 2025. When I attempted to contact Pdfe.com customer service to request a refund, I repeatedly encountered errors on the website and was unable to get any support.
I request both a refund of the withdrawn amount and the complete cancellation of the membership associated with the email i*********@gmail.com**, as well as assurance that no further charges will be made. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
