On November 4, 2025, I paid for a PDF conversion service on the website pdfe.com for 31 TL, using my credit card from Ankara. I intended to use it as a one-time service only, and I did not agree to initiate any membership or subscription. However, without my consent, my card information was stored and about 2,440 TL was charged from my card about a week later. I was not notified of this transaction, nor did I check a box for a subscription or extra service.
This is the first time something like this has happened to me. After the payment, I tried repeatedly to contact customer service via their website, but I never received any response. I have taken steps to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but my payment has still not been returned. I also have no record of agreeing to any contract or commitment.
Because of this unauthorized transaction made without my permission, I request that my grievance be remedied, that the 2,440 TL withdrawn from my card be refunded, and that measures be taken to prevent similar victims in the future. My invoice number for the transaction is: 4723133.
