On October 15, 2025, ₺2,440 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank Kavacık Branch debit card without my knowledge or consent through the pdfe.com website. I only used the platform’s PDF conversion service and never started or agreed to any paid membership. During this process, I was not informed about any charges, nor did I receive any email, SMS, or invoice notification regarding the transaction.
My registered email address is e******@gmail.com**, and my customer ID is 445009687116. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I have never purchased any subscription before. After discovering the charge, I contacted my bank and canceled my card for security reasons.
I request a full refund of ₺2,440, and if there is any active subscription associated with my account, I want it immediately canceled. This transaction was made entirely without my authorization, and I expect the company to address this issue urgently.
