Pdfe.com Charged Me $52 After Free Trial Without Permission
On September 2, 2025, I used the free trial service on Pdfe.com. However, at the end of the trial period, a charge of $52 was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission. The transaction appears on my card statement as “pdfe.com” with the transaction number 2144846. The email address I used is h*********@gmail.com**.
I tried to contact customer service to cancel my membership and get support regarding this issue, but I was unable to reach anyone. I received no information about canceling the membership or getting a refund. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and no other unauthorized charges have occurred.
I request an immediate refund of this charge made without my consent after the free trial and the cancellation of my membership.
