On October 9, 2025 at 19:37, an unauthorized charge of $58 was made on my credit card by pdfe.com. I had only made a one-time payment on their site, I did not start any membership or subscription. Nevertheless, money was taken from my account again.
I can see the transaction on my credit card statement. I attempted to contact pdfe.com but I cannot reach them in any way. I have not yet initiated a dispute with my bank.
I demand that this unauthorized charge be refunded immediately and that any membership that may have been started be cancelled. The last four digits of my credit card are 5517. Please take the necessary action.
