I used my credit card (last four digits 0375) on pdfe.com for a one-time purchase of $1 only. However, without my knowledge or consent, two additional charges were made to my card on September 30, 2025 and October 30, 2025, totaling $107 ($55 + $52).
When I logged into my account on the site, I saw that these charges were taken by automatically starting a subscription that I never approved. I never used the service beyond the initial one-time task; I only signed in that first time. My card details were saved without permission, and no email or other notice was sent to inform me about any subscription or renewal.
As soon as I noticed, I canceled the subscription and submitted a refund request in English via the site’s support section, but no one has responded.
These transactions were entirely unauthorized. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. For security, the bank canceled my current card and issued a new one, and they’ve opened an investigation. The email tied to my pdfe.com account is Pi******@gmail.com**.
I demand an immediate refund of the full $107 that was withdrawn from my card without authorization.
