PDFAid Unauthorized Withdrawal From Bank Account - Refund Request

I noticed that ₺999 was withdrawn from my deposit account on 01.12.2025 at 23:40, even though I have never subscribed to the PDFAid service. In my account activity, the transaction description appears as “Yds PDF.com” and it is clearly visible in my receipt. I have no information as to which subscription package I was allegedly included in, because I did not request or approve any such service. This transaction appears as a one-time withdrawal from my personal account and I did not receive any confirmation or information SMS/e-mail from the bank or from PDFAid before or during the transaction. I also have a screenshot of this unauthorized withdrawal as proof. Since I do not have a subscription, I do not accept that money has been withdrawn from my account without my consent. I request that the amount of ₺999 withdrawn from my account be urgently refunded to me and that any subscription or registration that may have been created in my name without my request be cancelled immediately. I kindly request that my complaint be handled urgently and that I be informed as soon as possible.
