I Experience Unauthorized ₺1048 Charge From Pdfaid After One-Time ₺49 Service

I purchased a one-time service from Pdfaid for ₺49, and that payment was completed without any issues at the time. I made it very clear that I only wanted a single-use service, not a recurring subscription or membership. However, on August 2, 2025, I was shocked to discover that ₺1048 had been withdrawn from my Halkbank account in the name of Pdfaid without my consent or approval.

During the purchase, I was never asked to agree to a subscription, nor did I approve any kind of automatic renewal. I am absolutely certain that I only authorized a one-time transaction. To make matters worse, I did not receive any invoice or receipt for this unexpected charge, though the payment details clearly show the name Pdfaid.

This unauthorized withdrawal has left me frustrated and concerned about the safety of my financial information. I demand the immediate refund of the ₺1048 taken from my account and assurance that no further unauthorized charges will occur. Pdfaid must provide urgent support, cancel any hidden subscription that may have been created, and ensure this issue does not happen again.
