I Report Unauthorized ₺999 Charge From Pdfaid and Demand Refund

I previously made a one-time payment of ₺49 on Pdfaid to use their PDF converter service. That transaction was completed knowingly and with my approval. However, on August 9, 2025, I was shocked to discover that an additional ₺999 had been withdrawn from my card ending in 5189 without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this charge, and I received no prior notification or warning before it occurred.

Only after the withdrawal did I receive an email stating that a subscription had been started and that the service would automatically renew each month for ₺999. During the purchase process, I did not check any boxes, agree to any contract, or see any visible information indicating that a subscription would be created. This makes the charge completely unauthorized.

The payment was processed in Balıkesir, and this situation has caused me clear financial harm. I never intended to subscribe to any monthly plan, nor did I agree to repeated charges of this size.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of the ₺999 taken from my account. Pdfaid must resolve this issue promptly and ensure that my card is not billed again without my explicit approval.
