PDFAid Charged Me Without Consent And Must Cancel Any Unauthorized Membership

Even though I never subscribed to the PDFAid application, I discovered that 999 TL was withdrawn from my bank account. I have no information about any subscription plan I may have supposedly been enrolled in. The transaction description clearly shows “PDFAid,” and it appears on my bank slip. I live in Antalya, and this charge was made on November 1, 2025.

I have not yet contacted PDFAid customer service. I do not accept that money was taken from my account without any subscription or authorization. I request an immediate refund of the amount withdrawn and the cancellation of any subscription that may have been created without my consent.

I expect an urgent response as soon as possible.
