I Face Unauthorized ₺1999 Credit Card Charge From PDFAid Without My Approval

On July 11, 2025, I was shocked to discover that ₺1999 was withdrawn from my credit card without my request or approval by PDFAid. I never authorized this payment, nor did I agree to any recurring or one-time charge of this amount. I only used the service briefly, and at no point did I give consent for such a high deduction.

This kind of unauthorized transaction is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how PDFAid handles customer billing information. I immediately checked my records to make sure I hadn’t mistakenly subscribed to something, but there is no valid reason for this charge. No proper notification, explanation, or invoice was provided, leaving me completely frustrated.

I am demanding that PDFAid issue a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1999 charge immediately and confirm that my card details will not be misused again. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter through legal channels and report it to consumer protection authorities. Customers should never have to face such unauthorized withdrawals.
