On November 2, 2025, at 12:48 PM, an amount of money was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account by SC pdfaid. However, I do not have any membership or service purchase associated with this transaction. The authorization code for the transaction is 664915.
I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue. I request an explanation as to why this charge occurred and through which service or membership it was processed, and I also request that the withdrawn amount be refunded to my account.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
