Findandloc Charged Me After Account Deletion

On October 30 and October 31, 2025, a total of $20 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account without my permission, under the name Findandloc, even though I had previously deleted my Findandloc account. After registering on the platform, I had fully deleted my account and did not initiate any subscription or automatic payment.

These unauthorized withdrawals occurred for the first time, and I had not previously submitted any complaints or cancellation requests.

I request that these unauthorized transactions be canceled and that the withdrawn amounts be refunded to my account. I have receipts for both transactions and can provide them if necessary.
