On November 8, 2025, an amount of $19 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account under the name Fındandloc. However, I have no active subscription or authorized payment related to Fındandloc. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation, and the transaction occurred completely without my knowledge or consent.
I have not yet contacted customer support regarding this issue. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that the $19 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
