Findandloc Charged Me Twice Without Consent — Need Refund and Account Cancellation

On October 15, 2025, $19 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card under the description “Findandloc Virtual POS Merchant Settlement.” I have no active membership or authorization for this transaction. The same charge also occurred about a month ago, again under Findandloc’s name. The transaction reference code is c3416357, and my customer number is 5356533.

I tried contacting Findandloc customer service, but I received no response. I also haven’t yet filed a dispute with my bank. I absolutely did not initiate or approve any subscription, and I refuse to accept these two unauthorized withdrawals from my account.

I demand that both of these unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that any membership or account created under my name be fully canceled. I expect an urgent response and resolution to this issue.
