PDFAid Took Money Without Consent Despite No Subscription
On Saturday, June 28, PDFAid withdrew ₺999 from my Halkbank debit card without my knowledge or consent. This transaction was completely unauthorized, and I am requesting an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge.
This situation has caused me serious financial difficulty. As a student, I already have debts to manage, and such an unauthorized payment from PDFAid has left me in a vulnerable position. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved quickly and for the money to be returned to my account.
I also urge the authorities to investigate these subscription scam complaints so that others are not victimized in the same way. I expect PDFAid to take responsibility, stop these unauthorized withdrawals, and issue my refund without delay.
