On August 7, I used my credit card to make a one-time payment of ₺45 on Pdfaid in order to use their document editing service. I expected this to be a single transaction only. However, immediately after completing the process, I discovered that an additional ₺999 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this charge and no clear warning or notification was presented during the purchase.
I contacted Pdfaid customer service right away to report the issue. They told me that my request had been forwarded and that I would receive an email response. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received any reply or resolution. The lack of communication combined with the unauthorized withdrawal has left me frustrated and concerned about the company’s practices.
I am demanding a full refund of the ₺999 that was unfairly taken from my account. Once the refund is completed, I also request that my account be permanently closed to prevent any further charges. I expect Pdfaid to resolve this matter urgently and return my money without further delay.
