I Face Unauthorized 999 TL Charge From PDFAid After Canceling Subscription
I made a ₺49.99 payment to a company called PDFAid for a PDF merging service. Even though I canceled my subscription, on June 28, 2025, ₺999 was withdrawn from my Halkbank debit card without my knowledge or consent. This is clearly an unauthorized charge from PDFAid and must be resolved.
I demand an immediate refund request for the unauthorized withdrawal, as I did not approve this payment in any way. I have also seen that many other users are reporting similar subscription scam complaints about PDFAid. Since this issue is affecting a large number of people, I strongly believe the site should be investigated and taken down by the relevant authorities.
It is unacceptable that PDFAid continues to charge users without permission, and I expect Halkbank unauthorized payment disputes and refunds to be processed as soon as possible. I urge the company to stop these practices and return the money that was taken without consent.
