Hello, I recently discovered that PDFAid charged my credit card ₺999 without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this transaction, nor did I subscribe to any plan that justifies such a charge. I only used the service briefly, yet my card was billed a large amount completely without authorization.
After noticing the charge, I immediately began looking for answers on how to request a refund, but I have not received any clear instructions from PDFAid. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress, as I did not expect such hidden charges from what should be a simple online service. I am also concerned because it seems that other customers have faced the same issue, which makes the problem even more alarming.
I am demanding that PDFAid refund the unauthorized ₺999 immediately and provide an official explanation as to why my card was billed without consent. Customers should be able to trust that their payment details are handled transparently and securely.
