Pdfaid Illegally Charged My Credit Card Despite No Subscription

On November 14, a charge was made to my Garanti Bank credit card by Pdfaid without my consent. I did not authorize any membership or payment. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I am having difficulty understanding how this transaction could occur without my approval.

I have not yet contacted Pdfaid customer support. I request that the unauthorized charge withdrawn from my card be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also expect the necessary measures to be taken to ensure that such an incident does not happen again.
