I have no information about what service or transaction this payment was for, and I do not remember ever signing up for pdfaid. I do not have a receipt or transaction number, and I cannot access any login information for the site.
I request that this charge be refunded to me, that any existing membership be canceled, and that necessary measures be taken to prevent this kind of unauthorized transaction from happening again.
