On October 2, 2025, a charge of ₺2,099 was made without my authorization on my Garanti Bank credit card through the PDF Guru website. I have only ever used the free plan and never started or approved any paid subscription. This transaction occurred completely without my knowledge or consent.
I have not yet contacted customer service, as this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I am requesting that this unauthorized charge be urgently investigated and that the amount be fully refunded to my account.
Please process the refund of ₺2,099 as soon as possible and ensure that no future unauthorized charges occur on my card.
