PDFGuru Is Charging Me Every Month Without My Approval

I am writing regarding unauthorized and repeated charges made by PDFGuru from my bank account ending with xxx5774. I initially paid a small amount for a one‑week trial, with the clear understanding that it was only for that trial period. After the trial ended, I did not subscribe to any monthly or premium plan and did not give consent for any further charges. Despite this, on 1 April 2026 I was charged, and again today another 49 USD has been taken from my account. These charges were made without my approval and I did not request or confirm any ongoing subscription. I have already contacted you about this issue, but I was informed that the amount would not be refunded, which I find unacceptable since I never knowingly subscribed to a recurring premium plan. I request that the latest 49 USD charge be fully refunded to my account and that any active subscription or automatic payment linked to my account ending with xxx5774 be immediately cancelled so that no further amounts are withdrawn. I expect written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that my account has been removed from any recurring payment plan.
