I recently discovered a charge of $50 USD from Pdfchargecom on my Banco Pichincha account, taken via my Visa card on June 27th, which I did not authorize. I did not sign up for any $50 subscription with this company. At most, I may have used what appeared to be a free trial or a one‑time low‑fee PDF editor in the past, but I never agreed to a recurring or high‑value payment, and I do not recognize Pdfchargecom as a service I knowingly subscribed to. This $50 charge appeared completely out of nowhere on my bank statement, and I have not used any PDF tools or similar websites recently that I can clearly link to this company. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank and had my card blocked to prevent any further unauthorized or recurring payments from Pdfchargecom. At this point, I only need this specific $50 USD charge to be cancelled and fully refunded, and I request immediate termination of any subscription or service that may have been created in my name without my clear and explicit consent. I kindly ask Pdfchargecom to review this transaction urgently, provide information on how this charge was made without my authorization, and process a full refund of the $50 USD to my Banco Pichincha account.
