I Face Unauthorized 999 TL Charge From PDFAid Without My Approval
Hello, I had previously purchased a service from PDFAid. However, 2–3 months later, without my consent or approval, a foreign transaction of ₺999 was withdrawn from my card via a virtual POS by the company. If there is any ongoing membership, I request its cancellation and a full refund immediately. I have been left in a difficult situation due to this unauthorized charge. If I do not receive a response, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office and initiate legal action against the company. This also constitutes a violation of my personal data security, which makes the situation even more serious.
