However, on Friday, July 11, 2025, a much larger amount of ₺1,899 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I was not provided with any notification, approval request, or agreement regarding this charge, making it an unauthorized transaction. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1,899 that was wrongfully taken. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and I will also pursue legal action against the company. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
