I Encounter Unauthorized ₺999 Charge From Pdfaid After One-Time ₺50 Payment

On June 18, 2025, I made a one-time payment of ₺50 through the Pdfaid website for a simple service. I expected this to be the end of the transaction. However, on August 1, 2025, at 00:47, an additional ₺999 was withdrawn from my account ending in 1243 without my knowledge or consent. It is clear that my card details were saved without permission and used to process an unauthorized payment. I never approved this charge and I absolutely reject the idea of being switched to a new package automatically.

Pdfaid does not appear to have any customer service support, so I could not reach anyone directly about this matter. I checked using the authorization code 197078 and confirmed that this was indeed a one-time unauthorized withdrawal. For security reasons, I was forced to block my card, but I could not find any option to cancel or delete my payment details from their system.

I am demanding that the ₺999 charged without my consent be refunded immediately and that my card details be permanently deleted from Pdfaid’s database. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action with the prosecutor’s office.
