Last year, I made a one-time payment of 59.00 TL on the PDF Guru website, and my card details were saved during that transaction. However, in October 2025, I discovered that 2,099 TL had been withdrawn from my credit card without my consent or any prior notification. I did not receive any email, SMS, or invoice regarding this transaction.
As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I attempted to contact PDF Guru, but I have not received any response so far. I have never experienced a similar issue before, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I haven’t yet contacted my bank, as I expect the company to resolve this issue directly and urgently.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the 2,099 TL that was withdrawn without my authorization, as well as the complete deletion of my saved card information and any associated account or subscription.
