My client sent my money days ago yet I don't see it in my account. How long does it take to receive a Payoneer payment?

It usually takes up to 5 business days to get paid through Payoneer, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. If you were expecting a local bank transfer payment that hasn't shown up, here are some things to think about:
• Compatibility with Receiving Accounts: Most of Payoneer's receiving accounts do not accept wire transfer payments. It's important to check Payoneer's website to see what kinds of bank transfers are accepted for each currency.
• Payment Decline for Unauthorized Initiators: Receiving accounts don't usually accept payments from people or people who aren't authorized to make payments. Payments from these kinds of sources can be turned down and sent back to the person who sent them within 7 business days.

The payment should be in your Payoneer account now, but it might not show up in your balance yet. Here are some things to try:

• Payment Review: When Payoneer receives a payment, it checks it over first before adding it to your account. This review process is meant to make sure that security and compliance are met.
• Need for Additional Information: Payoneer may need more information in some situations in order to approve the payment. In your Payoneer account, go to the Settings menu and look for the Verification Center. This is where you can see any requests for information or documents that are still open.
• Time It Takes to Verify: Payments are reviewed as soon as possible, but the process could take up to three business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.
• Verification of Bank Account: If your bank account is still being checked, payments may be held until the process is finished. This could mean waiting for your answer to a request or going over the information in your account.
• Information for Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs): Payoneer may ask for information about the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) of your business. Someone will ask for this, and it will show up in the Verification Center. You might also get an email about it. Giving this information right away is very important if you want to avoid delays in getting paid. The Payoneer FAQ can help you figure out how to give UBO information.
