Payoneer Didn't Approve My 'Receiving Accounts Questionnaire'

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with my Payoneer individual freelancer account, which I use to receive payments for my remote project work with DataAnnotation. On 8 October, I submitted the Receiving Accounts Questionnaire with accurate and complete information. However, despite almost two months having passed, the questionnaire has still not been approved, and my account is apparently not treated as verified. Since submitting the questionnaire, I have attempted to contact Payoneer support once or twice. Each time I received an automated response stating that my issue was “solved”. In reality, nothing has been resolved. When I tried to request payment from DataAnnotation on two separate occasions, both payment attempts were rejected due to issues on Payoneer’s side, as my account is apparently still not recognized as properly verified, even though I had previously received update emails suggesting otherwise. Because of this situation, I am currently unable to receive approximately $105 that I legitimately earned through my remote work. The lack of a clear resolution or manual review has left me without access to this payment, despite having followed all procedures and providing correct information in October. I request that Payoneer urgently review and properly process my Receiving Accounts Questionnaire, verify my account status, and either approve the existing questionnaire or provide a clear way for me to edit or resend any additional information that may be required. I would like a concrete solution that allows me to receive my pending payment of around $105 from DataAnnotation without further delay.
