I own a corporate e-commerce business that has been operating since 2021, selling products internationally. My eBay store has been active for about two years, and as you know, Payoneer is the only platform that allows sellers in Turkey to receive eBay payments. Unfortunately, there is no real customer support—only automated responses, and it feels like they can seize your funds without explanation.
We have reached out to support many times. Recently, Enpara (QNB Finansbank) became a separate bank, which meant that all our IBAN and SWIFT details changed. We tried to update this information on Payoneer and submitted all necessary documents. Despite having withdrawn funds regularly from this account for two years, Payoneer suddenly closed our account without providing any justification.
They even sent an email stating that they would not provide further support due to company policy. Now, we have around $1,000 stuck in our eBay balance, and since Payoneer is the only available payment provider for Turkey, we cannot access our funds. When we attempted to open a new account, that one was also blocked without any reason.
As a registered business in Turkey with a tax certificate and listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, our eBay operations are now completely halted because of Payoneer, and we cannot access the money that rightfully belongs to us.
If necessary, I will file a legal complaint with the FSPO (Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman) in Ireland and pursue all available legal channels to recover my funds.
